The music program at Faith Lutheran Church is varied and dedicated to the proposition that music is a special gift from God. Whether you are a musician or simply an eager listener you will find worshipful music here. Music is provided by our choir, praise team, organ, and by individual solo singers and performers.

Our choir is under the expert direction of Mairzy Truex and consists of members at all skill levels. The choir meets and performs nine months of the year, taking a break from June through August. During the remaining months of the year the choir practices on Wednesday evenings at 7 PM and they sing a mix of traditional and recent songs in during the early or late service. People of all skill levels are encouraged to consider singing with the choir and if you need a bucket to carry a tune, we can provide the bucket.

Our praise team is under the direction of Bill and Susan Kucenski. Their repertoire consists of praise songs from modern Christian music. In addition to solo and group singers we use a variety of instruments like drums, guitars, keyboard, and whatever instrument you play. The praise team routinely performs on the second and fourth Sundays at the second service.

Our organ team consists of Shirley Kaiser, Alane Evers, Katie Abatelli, and Carol Noe. Organ music has long been a part of traditional Lutheran worship and we continue to use the organ at the early service and occasionally at the late service. Most of the organ music that we use is found in the Lutheran service book.
